Evet, tüm berry ürünleri kargo karşı ödemeli gönderilir. Kargo ücreti, ürün müşteriye teslim edildiğinde müşteriden alınır.

berry tüm ürünlerini Aras Kargo ile gönderiyor.
3- Kargo ücreti ne kadar? Aras Kargo'nun standart fiyatları geçerlidir.
4- Kaç günde teslim ediliyor?
Sipariş alındıktan sonra İstanbul için 1 gün sonrasında, diğer şehirler için 2 gün içinde teslim ediliyor. Yurtdışı gönderileri için lütfen hello@berryshop.net ile temasa geçin.
5- Yurtdışına kargo gönderiyor musunuz?

Ters yüz edin, çamaşır makinesinde soğuk veya ılık suyla narin programda yıkayın..Beyazlatıcı kullanmayın..Düşük devirde kurutun..Baskı üzerine HİÇBİR ZAMAN ütü sürmeyin, ters yüz ederek ütüleyin..ve keyifle giyin :)
8- Ürün iade şartları nedir?
www.berryshop.net üzerinden satın aldığınız ürünler için para iadesi YAPILMaz..Eğer ürün hatalıysa satın aldığınız tarihten itibaren en geç 1 HAFTA içinde hello@berryshop.net ile temasa geçmelisiniz..İade edeceğiniz ürün giyilmemiş, kullanılmamış, lekelenmemiş vs. olmalı..Hatalı ürün yenisi ile değiştirilecektir, kargo tarafımızdan ödenecek, bunun için ekstra bir kargo ücreti ödemeyeceksiniz..

YES! berry ships worldwide, to EVERY country; it doesn’t matter where you live! Please contact at hello@berryshop.net in order to learn the best shipping rate for your country.
2- How long does it take to receive my berry after making an order?
If you live in Turkey, it takes only 1 or 2 day!
3 days for US and 2 days for European countries!

6- How should i take care of my berry tee or tote?
Before washing you should turn them inside out..warm or cold machine wash..bleach? no..tumble dry low..NEVER iron on print..remove promptly and enjoy your berry :)
7- What is your return policy?
Please note that there are NO refunds for any items purchased at www.berryshop.net
We accept returns up to ONE week after the original purchase date. Your item must be returned in new condition (not worn, stained, etc). Please contact at hello@berryshop.net if you need to make a return. You will not have to pay extra for shipping; we will reimburse you.
